Marco Rose, the new coach of RB Leipzig, has said that he will be doing things differently when his team plays against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.

Rose wants to improve the team's morale and get them winning again.

Rose was fired in May after only one season as head coach, even though he led Dortmund to second place, just eight points behind Bayern Munich who won the Bundesliga.

Rose said that he has a lot of ideas on how to make the team's season better since he was born in Leipzig and still lives there.

Rose said that they will have to do things differently in order to achieve stability through activity.

We want to be more secure at the back by putting more pressure on the ball in front.

Rose said that his young family, and in particular his  "mega happy"  teenage daughter, were thrilled that his next coaching appointment would be in his hometown.
